Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the
Mystics Kingdom site you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
We may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy by administrative message.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to cancel your membership.
Staying with site after posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age (or older). You MUST READ & UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
You must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process.
You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.
You will use your e-mail address/password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
Any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by us will result in member termination. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account is fraud!!! If you are caught cheating your account will be terminated!!
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from us. NO YAHOO, HOTMAIL, or AOL accounts allowed.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked your account will be terminated.
This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. NO YAHOO, HOTMAIL, or AOL accounts!!!
Bounced emails you must 1) use site box only or 2) get a different email address!!!
Any member sending us gibberish will result in termination of account.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately, you will be suspended.
Relationship of the Parties:
You are a independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship.
You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Mystics Kingdom reserves the right to terminate any account within a week after it it has been opened at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not to be held liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
Just because a member submitted an ad for a site, it does not mean that Mystics Kingdom is responsible for the site.
Nor does it mean that we support the site either. We check for viruses and other nasties, nothing else!
Payments:
You earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
We will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate $2.00.
Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Accounts will be checked.
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
There is a 2% processing fee for payouts. (ADDED 1/9/2010)
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING)
Misc.
Ads that you submit must be working-we do not fix. NO POPUP, POP UNDERS or pop anywhere!!!
Any viruses are found in ads-they will be deleted and you will lose your ad!! Check your ads!!!
If done on regular basis-your account will be deleted. Keep this Site Clean!!!
Ads Must be 100% in English!!
We DO NOT allow Adult email ads!! This is strictly enforced!!
NO hate, illegal or inflammatory type of ads allowed!!
All advertising welcome-except what is stated above!! Pagan Advertising Welcome!!!
Members and Owners must be treated with respect!!!
You must check appropiate key words in your members menu!! This includes you have read terms!!!
Click 3 cheat links and you will be deleted! Checking Bad keywords means deletion!
Inactives deleted every 30 days!! You must click to be active.
FREE UPGRADE:
The free upgrade is something being offered until we have 200 members. Once we have met that number, the upgrade will no longer be offered.
The upgrade will not be offered again once we have met the 200 members mark. This includes meeting the mark, and then dropping below 200 members.

There is no click requirement to use the PTP.

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name
and password, then click cancel.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows
mysticskingdom.info to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email
ads from
mysticskingdom.info without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all
earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the
bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able
to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, you may. However, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Poland, and Italy are excluded from joining.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we
welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning
privileges.
Earnings Questions:
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change
frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give
you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned $2.00.
How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your
account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your
account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to
redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you
will see what options are available to you in your account area.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will
issue payment to you within 30 days or a reasonable time there after.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via the following payment processors: Alert Pay, PayPal, Redemption Only, Site Donation
Referral Questions:
How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to
mysticskingdom.info on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can
give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links"
page.
What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn from 3 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 15%, Level 2 = 10%, Level 3 = 5%
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day.
You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 30 days and click on at least 10% of the ads we send out.
